The Greater Toronto Area Contact Centres association – GTACC – is a not-for-profit think tank and networking association that serves the needs of the contact centre industry in Southern Ontario. The Women in Leadership event is held annually to celebrate, honour, support, and encourage women in pursuit of leadership roles. It is a morning of inspiration and thought leadership that brings together professional women from across the Greater Toronto Area to hear keynote speakers, engage in panel discussions, build their networks, and support one another.
As a trusted GTACC partner and member of the ‘tribe’ of thought leaders and industry professionals, Infinite Media serves as technology partner for the Women in Leadership conference, producing video audio-visual materials, providing day-of technology support, and videography services for the event.
